Very informative in simple terms!

I found the Ransomware and Insurance 2022 Market Update to be very informative and delivered in simple terms. It will be beneficial to make it available in other languages like Spanish. Perhaps this can be done using a closed caption option.

ITC’s Understanding Financial Statements course fills a large gap in the specialty insurance industry and has the ability to take the burden off busy brokers trying to put time into training new hires. I highly recommend including this course in brokerage onboarding practices to help accelerate the training process or bolster knowledge already obtained. Understanding not just how to read financial statements but also having more background on why an underwriter is quoting the terms they are will help put brokers in a much better position to negotiate and advocate for their clients. This course is versatile enough to apply and be beneficial to non-specialists also.
