ITC’s eLearning programme is CII CPD Accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). This accreditation demonstrates the quality of ITC’s learning programme and confirms that it meets the requirements of the CII member CPD scheme.
CII accreditation applies to ITC’s eLearning programme. This means the quality of our learning programme has been independently reviewed and confirmed to meet the requirements of the CII member CPD scheme.
For CII members, eligible ITC courses can contribute toward continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. After completing a course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion to document your learning.
Certifications
No. Any required courses you have already completed successfully with ITC will be recognized in your dashboard after you purchase your chosen ITC Advance certification, and you will not need to retake them. You will only need to complete any remaining required courses for your chosen certification before you attempt the comprehensive certification examination.
No. Your ITC Advance certification includes access to ITC’s entire course library for one year, so you do not need a separate All Access Education subscription.
All Access Education is our education-only option for learners who want access to ITC courses without pursuing an ITC professional certification.
ITC Advance currently offers the following professional certifications:
All of them! Your ITC Advance certification gives you access to ITC’s entire course library for one year, including all courses required for your chosen certification and eligible elective courses.
CCLIP™ and CMLIP™ are separate certification programs. Your purchase includes the coursework and final exam for the certification you select. If you would like to earn both credentials, you can purchase the certifications separately or choose the bundle at checkout.
If you do not pass on your first attempt, you may retake the exam after a 30-day waiting period. There is no limit to the number of attempts while your certification access remains active. Once you pass, the exam is complete and cannot be retaken. View the final exam retake policy →
No. To earn an ITC certification, all required courses and assessments must be completed through ITC. Courses or training completed through another provider cannot be applied toward your ITC certification requirements.
However, some ITC courses are recognized by other organizations and may count toward their education or certification requirements. If you’re planning to use an ITC course toward a requirement elsewhere, please check with that organization directly to confirm eligibility.
No. Once you earn an ITC certification, it does not expire. There are no renewal requirements or annual continuing education requirements to maintain your certification.
All Access Education is designed for flexible, self-directed professional development, giving you unlimited access to ITC’s course library for either six months or one year.
ITC Advance certifications are structured professional certification programs. Each certification is purchased separately and combines required coursework, eligible electives, a comprehensive certification exam, and a professional credential. Your certification purchase also includes access to ITC’s entire course library for one year.
If your goal is ongoing learning and CE/CPD, choose All Access Education. If you want to demonstrate specialized expertise and earn a professional credential, choose the CCLIP™ or CMLIP™ certification.
Each ITC Advance certification is regularly priced at $1,000 USD and is currently available for $695 USD.
Both certifications can also be purchased together for $1,099 USD. This option shows at checkout.
Each purchase is a one-time payment, with one year to complete the certification requirements. There are no automatic renewals.

If you purchased an ITC Advance certification, you’ll also receive access to the requirements and certification pathway for the certification you selected.
Your All Access Education purchase gives you unlimited access to the All Access course library for the term you select: 3 months for $99 USD or one year for $350 USD.
Yes. New courses added to the All Access Education library are included with your active subscription at no additional charge.
Both plans provide the same All Access benefits, including unlimited access to the course library, eligible CE/CPD credits, course completion certificates, study materials and new courses added during your access period.
Three-month access is $99 USD. Annual access is $350 USD, saving you $46 annually compared with purchasing four 3-month terms.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time under My Account → Billing, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you’ll continue to have access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to both 3-month and annual subscriptions. If you would like a full refund, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and let us know the reason for your request.
Yes. ITC offers a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee on ITC Advance purchases.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original date of purchase by contacting [email protected]. We only ask that you share your reason for the request. Your feedback helps us to improve our programs.
Please note: Refunds are not available if any certification has already been completed and a credential awarded under the ITC Advance certifications program, as certifications benefits have already been delivered.

CE/CPD Credits
Check the CE / CPD page on our website to find out which courses qualify for credit in your jurisdiction then register for your chosen course. Once you’ve successfully completed the entire course, including all the quizzes, you will be prompted to register for your digital certificate of completion.
If your jurisdiction is not listed on our website, ITC courses may still qualify for CE or CPD credit but it will be your responsibility as a student to verify this with your regulator.
No. ITC does not track CE or CPD credits toward your license renewal. You can access certificates for successfully completed courses through your Student Dashboard. We recommend downloading your certificates and keeping them for your records. Learn how to access your certificates →
