Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)

Employment Practices Liability Insurance is an insurance policy that protects employers against financial loss arising from claims alleging employment related wrongdoings. Employment Practices Liability Insurance is also known as EPLI. EPLI policies are typically offered as claims made, named peril, insurance contracts. EPLI covers injury-causing employment practices perils such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful dismissal and retaliation.
