All Access Education is designed for flexible, self-directed learning and course completion.
ITC Advance certifications are structured programs that include required coursework, a comprehensive certification examination, and the awarding of a professional credential.
Both subscription options include access to the entire ITC course library.
No. ITC Advance Certifications already includes access to ITC’s entire course library, so you do not need a separate All Access Education subscription.
All Access Education is our education-only option for learners who want access to ITC courses without pursuing an ITC professional certification.
All of them! Your ITC Advance Certifications subscription gives you access to ITC’s entire course library, including the courses required for your certification and eligible elective courses.
No. Any required courses you have already completed successfully with ITC will be recognized in your dashboard after you purchase the ITC Advance certifications program, and you will not need to retake them. You will only need to complete any remaining required courses for your chosen certification before you attempt the comprehensive certification examination.
No. To earn an ITC certification, all required courses and assessments must be completed through ITC. Courses or training completed through another provider cannot be applied toward your ITC certification requirements.
However, some ITC courses are recognized by other organizations and may count toward their education or certification requirements. If you’re planning to use an ITC course toward a requirement elsewhere, please check with that organization directly to confirm eligibility.
No. Once you earn an ITC certification, it does not expire. There are no renewal requirements or annual continuing education requirements to maintain your certification.
If you do not pass on your first attempt, you may retake the exam after a 30-day waiting period. There is no limit to the number of attempts while your certification access remains active. Once you pass, the exam is complete and cannot be retaken.

Monthly and annual subscriptions provide the same access and benefits within your selected subscription plan. The difference is how you’re billed: monthly subscriptions are billed each month, while annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer the best overall value.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you’ll continue to have access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you would like a full refund, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and let us know the reason for your request.
If you receive a refund, your ITC account will be closed and you will no longer have access to your courses or any completion certificates earned during your subscription.
CE/CPD Credits
Check the CE / CPD page on our website to find out which courses qualify for credit in your jurisdiction then register for your chosen course. Once you’ve successfully completed the entire course, including all the quizzes, you will be prompted to register for your digital certificate of completion.
If your jurisdiction is not list on our website, ITC courses may still qualify for CE or CPD credit but it will be your responsibility as a student to verify this with your regulator.
With your course purchase or active subscription, you are able to see all obtained certificates! We encourage you to download your certificates and track your CE or CPD credits for your license renewal.
